Our Initiatives

The Examine Her Initiative is focused on broad women's health needs: from community health sensitization and preventive screenings (such as breast cancer screening) to reproductive and maternal support. We place special emphasis on ensuring adolescent girls have access to dignified period care and education in underserved areas.

Activities include community health drives, screening and referral services, school and community-based sensitization on menstrual and reproductive health, mother-and-child support programs, and partnerships with local health providers to improve access and continuity of care.

We also connect women and girls to support networks, provide practical resources, and advocate for policies that enhance health equity across communities.

Her Tech Rising is our flagship program designed to bridge the gender gap in technology. We believe that women deserve equal representation and opportunities in the rapidly evolving tech industry.

Through mentorship programs, coding bootcamps, networking events, and career development workshops, we provide women with the tools, knowledge, and connections needed to thrive in technology careers. Our program covers everything from software development and data science to entrepreneurship and leadership in tech.

Since its launch, Her Tech Rising has supported over 500 women in their tech journey, with 85% of participants securing new roles or advancing their careers within six months of completing the program.
